Question 1

Is it safe to connect my TikTok or Instagram account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use official OAuth login flows for both TikTok and Instagram, so you authenticate directly with the platform. Zeeder never sees or stores your password. What we use the access for: Public profile information (e.g. username, follower count, profile data); Recently published content and performance data, such as views, likes and comments; Audience insights from platform APIs (e.g. aggregated age, gender, country and city data). What we cannot do: Post, edit, or delete content on your behalf; Send messages in your name; Access your password; Access content the platform's API doesn't grant us access to. You can disconnect your account at any time in settings. Disconnecting removes the active connection; data already collected may still be retained per the privacy policy.

Question 2

Does it cost anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Creators pay nothing to join. The business provides the product, visit or place at the event described in the offer, and pays Zeeder for the platform. Products you receive may be taxable.

Question 3

Do I have to post?

Accepted Answer

No, posting is optional by default. Businesses can see your posting rate when they review applications. If a post is included, the Zeed says so before you apply. A confirmed visit or place at an event is a booking, so make sure you can be there.

Question 4

Do I need a lot of followers to join?

Accepted Answer

There's no minimum to create an account. To apply, you need to connect both TikTok and Instagram and have at least 2,500 followers on one of them. Some offers have a higher threshold.
